The Swimming Gala Report June 2017

On Thursday 29th of June 2017 Long Sutton swimming team went to two swimming Galas. Our first Swimming Gala was at Strode Swimming Pool. The atmosphere was amazing with loads of support from the parents above. Everyone did really well and we came second overall.

Next was the Huish Gala, the outside temperature was freezing but it didn’t affect how we swam. It was warmer in the water than outside. It was very exciting. We won 10 out of the 14 races. We all worked as team ant.

We would like to thank the parents who came to support us and Mrs Wall for supporting us on the side and providing the secret weapon (Haribos).
